1. An administration fee of CHF 50 will be charged for changes/cancellations of firm bookings made 2 weeks or less before arrival. For changes/cancellations of bookings made less than 48 hours before the lessons full costs will be charged. Alterations or cancellations during your stay can only be made by exception and must be notified to the ski teacher or the Ski School office latest by 5.30 pm on the preceding day. In the case of non-compliance, the reservation will be charged in full.

2. In principal, our snowsport instructors teach in all weathers. Lessons are neither given nor charged for only if the weather or snow conditions make skiing impossible. This decision is taken by the Ski School management.

3. The cost of snowsport instruction for Suvretta House guests will be charged on the hotel bill. Non-residents of the hotel pay the snowsport instructor or the Ski School office directly

4. Any travel expenses incurred additionally by the snowsport instructor will be calculated according to the tariff (information from the Ski School)

5. The Ski School does not accept responsibility for any arrangements made directly with a snowsport instructor

6. We kindly ask you to make any complaints concerning ski and snowboard lessons direct to the Ski School management. Liability The Ski School cannot be held liable for any accidents which occur during instruction or competitions.
Tickets are not transferable and their cost can be claimed back only in the case of accident or illness, on production of a certificate from a local doctor. No refunds can be given for unused tickets or coupons.
